Taurus was one of 3 Painting jurors for the Southeastern Michigan region of

The Scholastic Art Awards- a non-profit organization that recognizes and rewards

artistic talent in grades 7-12.

 

 

 

 

Spring 2010

Assisted artist Clinton Snider in painting a neighborhood mural in Detroit,

the mural is on the side of 1917 American Bistro located at 19416 Livernois Avenue

 

 

 

 

 

In 2010 Taurus Burns was commissioned to illustrate a book for

the Bahai Publishing Press titled Kyle Jeffries, Pilgrim.

The book contains 9 black and white illustrations and

a full color book cover by the artist...

on the creation of a mural on a fence in MoCAD's parking lot
